driving and shopping

yesterday was my 1st driving lesson! it was interesting. the instructor drove me to a carpark in bedok south. there i practised changing gear, driving round the carparks, turning without hitting kerbs. quite fun. then i got a taste of driving on major roads. even tried u-turning. ended by driving myself to bedok mrt. i think one thing i dislike about manual cars is the gears. all the coordination give me a headache.

went to office then bs at ymca. i also did some shopping with ailing yesterday! we reached bugis close to 9pm.. and it was already near closure. nevertheless, managed to buy 2 items! a belt and a bag. spent $27 altogether. think it's not very expensive. quite pleased with myself. have been looking around and finally found wad i like. she who is patient shall get good buys.



gotta to take stork of my life thus far. sometimes i marvel how God can change the direction of your life to something u totally never expect. i remember someone once told me about how your calling has to fit into 4 areas. your Heart, your Hand, your Head and your Habit. does your heart feel for this cause, is your hand doing things for this cause, is your head thinking about this cause, has this cause become a habit in your life?

i was just reading this article by dr cho yonggi. he said that God has a need for fellowship which only we can fulfill, because we are creations in His likeness. this is revelational! it's time for me to depend on God rather than sit here and reason with my rational mind.
