today i thought i had the discipline to abstain from food, but andrew and i succumbed to a feast of mutton soup, prata and malay fried noodles.
my day was rather notable. I did something i loathed, which was getting jabbed! well, the nurse drew 3 tubes of blood from my vein for a healthcare industry mandatory check. i was TERRIFIED. had 2 other nurses to soothe my nerves, haha. and my staff nurse told me i owed her another injection for my flu vaccination! God bless my soul!
