Dear Lord,

I feel very disheartened today. I was being put down openly, criticized, in the presence of my colleagues and my manager did not stand up for me. This left me discouraged and troubled.

But I thank You for Your loving assurance. You restore my soul and I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff comfort me.

Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

I am blessed and loved. I will be better :)
