was just thinking about purity.

i remember an incident 3 years back, a friend from church wanted to treat me to watch April Snow. it's a korean movie about affairs. though i was pretty keen to watch cos of Bae Yong-joon, i decided to back out last minute.

u know wad's the reason? i felt uncomfortable watching that show with a guy, who is just a platonic friend, cos the story line was really all about adultery. felt it would lead to some kind of compromising awkwardness...and i really wanted to keep the both of us pure.

then i realise of late, certain movies i watch, and certain things i let myself be exposed to, all shortchange the purity i used to hold so dearly to.

God says guard our hearts with all diligence, for out of it springs the issues of life... oh Lord, let me keep and uphold purity in my life and thoughts all the days of my life. amen!
