Yep.. i went to ssdc with shuling to enrol for our basic theory test. hopefully i can get my license this year. which means i might forgo learning diving bcos of financial issues. haha.. nvm. driving seems more important to me at this stage. when i can drive and have a car, i feel so liberated! like nowhere is out of bounds to me. time is in my hands, not in the bus driver or mrt operator's hands. and yes! i can drive around during CNY next year, hang out late and not worry about transport home.
i'm giving up my p6 chinese tuition. realised i have no aptitude for higher levels of chinese. wad a shame rite, my own mother tongue. let me tell u how i got by 10 years of chinese.. SI BEI (means plain memorising). i was struggling to teach my student. i think she's even better than me! sigh. demoralising.

it's one thing to listen, it's another thing to be interested.
